This exclusive Lapland Explorers experience combines the magic of Christmas with the awe of nature’s most beautiful show – the Northern Lights.
Your evening begins with pickup from anywhere in Rovaniemi, whether it’s your hotel, cabin, or apartment. Santa himself welcomes you aboard a cozy, warm vehicle and drives you through the snowy landscapes of Lapland, away from the city lights, toward one of our carefully chosen aurora viewing spots.
At the destination, you’ll gather around a crackling campfire in the wilderness, surrounded by silence, snow, and starlight.
Santa prepares a traditional lappish barbecue – sizzling sausages, marshmallows, and warm juice. While you relax by the fire, your guide monitors real-time aurora forecasts to maximize your chances of seeing the Northern Lights.
When the aurora appears, our professional photographer captures stunning portraits and sky shots so you can relive the magic forever. You’ll also get to take pictures with Santa under the shimmering Arctic sky.
After the adventure, Santa drives you safely back to Rovaniemi, heart full and camera full of memories.
