Escape the city and venture deep into the Arctic wilderness on an unforgettable day trip to Korouoma Canyon, one of Finnish Lapland’s most spectacular natural landscapes.
Located about 110 km southeast of Rovaniemi, Korouoma is a dramatic 30-kilometre-long canyon surrounded by rugged cliffs reaching up to 130 metres high. During winter, the canyon becomes a magical frozen wonderland, with towering ice walls and spectacular frozen waterfalls.
Follow your guide along the snowy trails and discover the most impressive viewpoints and ice formations of the canyon. Our experienced guides will make sure you enjoy the scenery safely while sharing fascinating stories about the area and its unique Arctic nature.
After the hike, gather around a warm campfire and enjoy a traditional Finnish outdoor snack together with hot berry juice — the perfect way to warm up after your Arctic adventure.
