2) How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is required.

To enter, participants must:

• Follow Lapland Explorers on the platform where the giveaway is being hosted (e.g. TikTok / Instagram / Twitch / Kick / YouTube).
• Entry is automatic upon following during the giveaway period.

No comment, code word, or form submission is required unless explicitly stated in a specific giveaway announcement.

3) Giveaway Prizes

Prizes may vary depending on the giveaway event. Current giveaway prizes may include:

A) Live Stream Milestone Giveaway

• 1 Free Tour winner every 100 new followers

B) Weekly Grand Prize Giveaway

• After one (1) week, we will select one (1) winner for a:
  2-day trip to Rovaniemi + Northern Lights Hunt

Important: Exact prize details, inclusions, and schedule will always be confirmed in our live stream and/or official giveaway announcements.

4) Winner Selection (Live on Stream)

Winners are selected live during the stream.

• Winners are chosen at random from eligible new followers (based on the platform used for that giveaway round).
• Winner selection timing may vary depending on live stream conditions.

5) Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to win, participants must:

• Be 18 years or older (or have permission from a legal guardian)
• Follow Lapland Explorers on the relevant platform at the time of selection
• Be reachable via direct message (DM) or email for winner confirmation
• Meet any legal requirements based on their country of residence

Lapland Explorers reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, automated, or abusive.

6) Winner Verification & Claiming the Prize

Winners must claim their prize by:

• Responding to our message within 24 hours (or another deadline communicated during the stream)

We may ask the winner for:

• Full name
• Contact details
• Proof of following (if needed)
• Travel details (only where applicable)

If a winner does not respond within the deadline, we may select an alternative winner.

7) What’s Included / Not Included (Trip Prizes)

Unless otherwise stated, prizes do not include:

• Flights
• Accommodation
• Transportation to/from Lapland unless explicitly mentioned
• Northern light tour

Details of the prize inclusions will be provided to the confirmed winner.

8) Giveaway Changes & Cancellation

Lapland Explorers reserves the right to:

• modify the giveaway,
• delay winner selection,
• replace prizes with an equal-value alternative,
• or cancel the giveaway if necessary

This may occur due to technical issues, safety concerns, weather conditions, platform limitations, or other reasons outside our control.

9) Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners may be asked to allow Lapland Explorers to share:

• their first name / username,
• and/or a winner announcement post

We will never share personal contact details publicly.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform unless specifically stated.
